At the same time, we have taken a leadership role within our industry, having continuous representation at the national level of our industry associations for over 20 years.

Our Founder is a past President of the Association of Professional Placement Agencies and Consultants (APPAC), and an honourary life member of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), the national voice of the recruiting and staffing industries in Canada.

Bruce McAlpine, the President, is a past President of both APPAC and ACSESS, and a recipient of the discretionary ACSESS Award of Excellence for "outstanding leadership and exemplary commitment" to the industry in Canada.
