What makes Leadership Performance Coaching so effective is a systematic approach leading to real performance improvement. We measure our success by how we help executives move the numbers, not by how they “feel”, as many executive coaches and processes do.
The best performance coaches help leaders connect the future to the present by identifying the specific steps leading to success:
-
An initial focus on a clear understanding of each businesses strategy and goals, and the client’s individual goals
-
Identify the leader’s and the team’s strengths and weaknesses
-
An assessment of gaps between current and desired performance
-
A focus on translating the big ideas into ground-level activity to attain significant performance outcomes
-
Understand and develop key measures to be achieved for success
-
Questioning, challenging assumptions, probing alternatives, identifying strong points of resistance, are all hallmarks of our unique and effective process
Identifying and attacking areas mediocrity early in the process helps propel our clients results forward quickly. When leaders spend too much time doing things they do not do well, excellence is rarely an outcome.
